Key Principles and Rights
In every process of SMART SERVICE SOLUTIONS C.A., all workers and contractors have the right and the obligation to interrupt any task that may affect their physical integrity, health, or the environment.
Duty to Intervene: Any person observing an unsafe act or condition with the potential to cause an incident must stop the task and inform the supervisor immediately.
Right to Safety Standards: Every worker has the right to demand that their labor complies with all current legislation, as well as the standards of SMART SERVICE SOLUTIONS C.A. and our clients.
Authority to Refuse: Workers have the authority to refuse to perform work if they perceive a threat to their health or the environment, without fear of being admonished or sanctioned.
Management of Change: Any change in working conditions is sufficient cause to interrupt the task. It is mandatory to analyze and document new risks before restarting.
